Every year there are more laws proposed and passed yet rarely any revoked.  This year one of the proposed changes going through the CT Legislature is a bill that is of particular interest for dairy goat owners.  A Public Hearing will be held on March 20th to hear testimony on proposed Herd Share legislation.  The bill (Senate Bill 360), sponsored by Senator Chapin of New Milford, that would allow people to exchange raw milk under a shared animal agreement.
