Goat Sales

We strive to fit the right animal with the right home so be sure to let us know what you are searching for and what improvements you’d like to see in kids.Herd health and proper management is very important to us.  All kids sold will be dis-budded and (does) tattooed before leaving the farm. Kids are given preventative treatment for parasite/coccidiosis and CDT.  From time to time, older bucks and does may also be available for sale so please contact us if you are interested in an animal of any age.

Breeding Schedule Fall 2018 / Spring 2019

Doe/Buck                                               Due Date                                Availability

NO GOATS AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT THIS TIME.

Reserving Your Kid
To reserve the option to purchase a Good Ole Days kid, a $100 deposit is required with remaining balance due within 14 days of notification of birth. We ask that you pick a first and second kid choice option in the event that your 1st choice is not available.  If your choice of kid is not available or if the animal does not meet our standards of quality, we will gladly refund your deposit or transfer to another kid, however there are no refunds on cancelled orders. Deposits along with any monies paid on cancelled orders are not refunded.  Prices quoted are for pre-ordered kids picked up at 2 weeks old. We do not guarantee these prices for animals ordered after birth.

Deposits and Payment
Deposits will hold that animal until pick-up within 14 days. Sending a deposit is your guarantee that you will buy that animal at the agreed upon price quoted within this time frame specified.  Once a deposit is placed, the goat must be picked up out of my possession by 2 weeks old or the animal may be offered for sale again or a boarding fee assessed at the rate of $30/week.  Deposits can be transferred to another animal  but all monies paid on cancelled orders are not refunded.  Cash, cashier’s checks, Visa/MC, money orders and good cleared checks are accepted.  I will hold registration papers until personal checks clear the bank.  Buyer is responsible for any and all bank fees assessed for bad checks.  Buyer is responsible for all health certificates, veterinary exams, blood tests, and other costs associated with veterinary fees if applicable.

Special Note Concerning Wethers

As we are quite picky about what bucks we save for breeding animals, we usually sell bucks to be wethered for pets,4-H,FFA projects or meat.  Market wethers must be reserved with a $25 deposit with balance due when kid is picked up at or before 2 weeks of age.  We will not hold wethers without a deposit and we will not raise a wether til weaning.  No ADGA registration paper will be issued for wethers.  A scrapie tag will be used. Wethers are $50-$75 if reserved before born. You do not get to choose the breeding but you can choose out of what’s available.

Disclaimer

As the breeder/owner of these animals, I do reserve the right to keep any animal born, refuse a sale or withdraw from sale if an animal does not meet our quality standards.  Please contact us with any questions.
